Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Once processed, your order will be prepared for shipment from our warehouse in Zutphen, The Netherlands.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. Supermofools is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to import fees, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
