REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@supermofools.com. Returns must be sent to: Loohorst 5A, 7207 BL Zutphen, The Netherlands.

Always contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Decals, graphic kits and wheel decals — non-returnable once the packaging has been opened. Helmets — non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Electrical parts (LED headlights, indicators, etc.) — non-returnable once installed or connected. Clothing and apparel — only returnable if unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted. Sale items and gift cards — cannot be returned. Custom or personalized products — cannot be returned.

Bike compatibility It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct bike make, model and year before ordering. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect model selection. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us at info@supermofools.com before ordering.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos and your order number. We must be notified within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is on our end, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-day statutory cooling-off period If goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Note that the non-returnable items listed above are exempt from this right where permitted by law.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@supermofools.com.
