Please note that a smooth processing of your return is the easiest if you attach the filled note to the shipment. Otherwise, an identification of your part can be done only manually with great effort, so that a repayment may be delayed.

Exchange is only possible if goods are in stock and articles are in original condition.
Except for the LS2 Helmets and stickers/decals these products can’t be returned, please be aware.

Refund of purchase price

A refund is only possible within 14 days after receipt of goods and when articles are in original condition. The amount to be refunded will be refunded via the original payment method.

Return costs

Return costs are to be paid by the customer. If there has been an error on our part or in case of material defects the return costs are paid by Supermofools.
